The colloquium provides a platform for the exchange of ideas on both the theoretical and practical aspects of international arbitration. This includes the enforcement procedures, arbitral procedure, arbitrability, the role of AI and the roles of arbitral institutions.
The colloquium will bring together leading arbitrators, counsel, academics, and practitioners to discuss current developments and emerging issues in international arbitration. The event aims to foster academic and professional dialogue while promoting knowledge exchange among participants.
